The position offers a Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm schedule and compensation starting at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits and employee ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to understand customer needs.
• Clear communication with customers to determine requirements.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in a warehouse environment.
• Safe operation of warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
