Job summary

Keeling Company in Conway, AR is seeking a Sales Counter/Driver Associate to greet customers, handle in-person and phone inquiries, and support warehouse and local deliveries in a fast-paced branch.

This role requires entering orders in the ERP system, pulling and preparing inventory for pickup, and staying current on product knowledge through training. A high school diploma and reliable customer service skills are required; bilingual is a bonus.

Qualifications

• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift certification provided by employer
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Proficiency with computer-based tasks (email, invoicing, inventory)
• High School degree or equivalent
• Prior sales, warehousing, and/or delivery experience
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Bilingual is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide in-person and phone customer service and answer product questions
• Enter orders in the ERP system
• Pull and prepare inventory for customer pickup or delivery
• Stay current on product knowledge through training
• Coordinate with the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management
• Make local deliveries to customers
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards
• Unassigned tasks by branch manager or leadership team
• Abide by safety rules and refuse unsafe work
