National Structure - Lees Summit is seeking a Counter Sales associate to handle order entry, inventory tasks, and customer interactions at the sales counter. You will process orders, provide pricing guidance, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining a courteous, safety‑mocused environment.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and the ability to work on-site, with potential overtime during peak seasons and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred with focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proficiency with basic computers and internet navigation.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry procedures.
• Clear, courteous communication in person, by phone, and via email.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in warehouse environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Enter orders accurately at the sales counter using the system.
• Offer product recommendations and pricing to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and manage logistics for on-time delivery.
• Participate in cycle counts, picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Communicate customer needs and special orders to team and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
