Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Counter Sales professional with backup driver duties at our Yarmouth, MA location. The role emphasizes accurate order entry, excellent customer service, and coordination of deliveries to support timely projects.

The position runs Monday through Friday with overtime during peak seasons. Requirements include strong computer skills, experience with POS systems, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales; focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (50 lbs repetitively).
• Covers Back-up Driver responsibilities in a non-regulated truck.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including warehouses and outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter with the company system.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely logistics.
• Participate in inventory management including cycle counts, picking, staging, and shipping/receiving.
