Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter using the computer system for accurate fulfillment.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using measurements for material needs and costs.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely logistics and customer satisfaction.
• Assist inventory through cycle counts, picking, staging, replenishment, and receiving.
