Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Counter Sales Associate at our Northport, AL location to be the face of the branch, assisting customers at the counter and over the phone, and entering orders into the Solar/Eclipse system.

The role requires accuracy, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of residential, construction and commercial plumbing products is a plus.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a safety‑first approach and opportunities to grow within the branch.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service/sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; three years of warehouse/customer service experience.
• Interest in plumbing products and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Notify the order creator of inventory or delivery delays or problems.
• Stage will-calls within one hour.
• Follow company policies with a safety-first standard.
• Greet and assist all customers promptly at the counter or via phone.
• Input customer orders accurately into the Solar/Eclipse system.
• Maintain product, technical, and system knowledge; perform duties safely.
