Graybar Electric Company, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our showroom, helping walk-in customers and handling will-call orders.

You will learn Graybar’s product lines and become a product expert while delivering great service. The role offers Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, starting pay of $20.00 per hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate well with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and PPE usage.

Responsabilités

• Learn Graybar’s products through self-study, training classes and on‑the‑job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse.
