Job summary

Shift is Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:30pm, with compensation starting at $20.00 per hour. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and active warehouse participation.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product options.
• Able to perform warehouse tasks and operate equipment safely.
• Prior experience in counter sales or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s products through training and on-the-job learning.
• Place, arrange and maintain merchandise in counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service and be active in the warehouse.
