Qualifications

• 1+ years experience within the industry preferred (sales, plumbing, order entry).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; order entry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; stand/walk for long durations.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service to customers at the counter and over the phone through accurate order entry.
• Increasing sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, add-ons and promotions.
• Coordinating deliveries with drivers, pulling orders, replenishing inventory, and supporting warehouse transfers.
• Following company policies to maintain a safe, friendly, team-oriented work culture.
