Job summary

VAMAC Inc. in Culpeper, Virginia is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pull orders, transfer stock, and support receiving. This role requires teamwork and a can-do attitude in a family-run, safety-conscious environment.

You will handle inventory, assist customers, and may drive for deliveries; forklift and RF Gun experience are a plus. VAMAC offers health, dental, life, 401(k), holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and ability to learn and use Epicor Solar Eclipse system, VAMAC's intranet or other systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email, etc.).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team; able to multitask.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long durations and lift up to 100 pounds.
• RF Gun experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service by pulling orders and transfers, replenishing inventory or receiving product in the warehouse.
• Work cooperatively with team members while assisting with warehouse orders, loading trucks for drivers, organizing the yard, and assisting customers.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies to maintain a safe, friendly, and family-oriented culture.
• May include driving responsibilities; a valid driver’s license is required.
