Qualificações

• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Epicor Solar Eclipse or similar ERP/order-entry systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service at the counter and over the phone with accurate order entry.
• Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling and promoting products.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers, pull customer orders, and assist with inventory as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe, friendly, family-like team environment.
