Capital Electric, a Sonepar group company, seeks a Counter Sales Associate at our Winchester, VA location to sell electrical products, assist customers, and build relationships with contractors. You will handle calls, greet customers, help with selections, and manage orders while supporting warehouse tasks and achieving sales goals.

The role offers benefits and training, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour and commission potential. Eligible for full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Greet walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with order and product selection.
• Pull customer orders from warehouse and bring to counter.
• Prepare sales tickets and process charges.
• Promote and sell product promotions.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed.
• Aim to meet monthly sales and gross margin goals.
