Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all times.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, conduct audits, and process returns accurately.
• Assist counter and phone customers with orders, product info, pricing, and availability.
• Greet customers professionally; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Upsell complementary products and maintain deep product knowledge.
