Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with orders, product info, pricing, and availability.
• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, conduct audits, and process returns accurately.
• Upsell complementary products and convert requests to stocked brands where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and product display area.
• Collaborate with team and follow company procedures and policies.
