NORTHEASTERN SUPPLY INC. in Maryland is seeking a Driver Associate to support distribution operations.

You will deliver orders on time, assist with loading, verify shipping papers, and maintain clear communication with the branch manager to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in distribution or driving, a valid license with a clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years distribution or driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform frequent ascents/descents.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work in variable indoor/outdoor temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders via the most effective route to ensure on-time, complete deliveries.
• Load and secure items, verify shipping papers, and document delivery per directives; report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with the branch manager and customer during deliveries.
• Inspect truck and perform preventive maintenance; ensure DOT compliance.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required; support warehouse duties.
• Follow all company policies, safety initiatives and guidelines.
