Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Sales Associate for retail operations in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on creating a positive guest experience by accurately processing orders, serving customers, and reconciling bills, all while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, cash handling, restocking, display maintenance, and addressing guest concerns with the supervisor when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count and write to complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to access store areas including selling floor, stock, and register.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment and provide change.
• Deliver guest service and maintain floor moves, housekeeping and displays.
• Replenish merchandise and stock shelves; transfer supplies as needed.
• Keep work area clean and free of debris; sweep and mop.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to supervisor.
• Complete end-of-shift procedures and close out sales.

Position Title:Sales AssociateDepartment: Retail OperationsReports To: Concept ManagerStatus: Non-ExemptPay Rate: $16.50 per hourBroad Functions: To create a positive guest experience by accurately completing orders, serving customers, and reconciling customer’s bill for all retail items.
