Heating and Cooling Supply LLC is seeking a Counter Sales Associate for our California wholesale HVAC distributor. You will deliver strong customer service, process sales, and support showroom operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires minimum 1 year in counter sales, knowledge of HVAC products, and the ability to work with dealers and contractors while meeting sales goals. Competitive pay and full-time hours are offered.

• Represent GEMAIRE as a leader in showroom and counter sales.

• Responsible for showroom merchandising and re-stocking product.
• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end users.
• Complete sales order process for customers with efforts to up-sell associated items.

Here is what you will be doing as part of the team:

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
• Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.
