Acme Refrigeration is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to join our HVAC distribution team in Louisiana. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service at the counter, processing sales, and supporting showroom operations.

You will engage with contractors and sales staff to fulfill orders, upsell products, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and a collaborative team culture are emphasized.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ year counter sales experience, preferably HVAC.
• Proven success in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals in designated time frames.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with internal and outside sales people, vendors and contractors.

• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Complete sales order process for customers with upsell where appropriate.
• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to regular duties.

Required Qualifications

Looking for a Cool Job in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team representing the industry leaderin HVAC equipment? The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for our sales counter at one of ourestablished wholesale HVAC distributorships. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide strong customerservice in a sales oriented setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and outside sales people, vendors and contractors.
• Responsible for showroom merchandising and re-stocking product.
• Assist in resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end users.
• Complete sales order process for customers with efforts to up-sell associated items.
• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one’s regular job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned
