The role is Full-Time at a branch location, with salary in the $17.50–$26.50 per hour range and typical duties including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and upselling. A strong team environment and adherence to policies are emphasized.

• Experience in product, applications, or wholesale distribution preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand up to 8 hours daily.

Core Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Inventory

• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all times
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, conduct audits, and process returns accurately

Customer Service

• Assist counter and phone customers with orders, product info, pricing, and availability
• Greet all customers professionally; resolve issues promptly or elevate as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and product display area

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Upsell complementary products and convert requests to stocked brands where appropriate
• Maintain deep product and industry knowledge; follow company pricing and credit guidelines
• Assess customer needs to determine appropriate service level or escalation path

Teamwork & Standards

• Build customer relationships; adapt approach to different customer types and needs
• Collaborate with team, share best practices, and support a positive work environment
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and Employee Handbook requirements
• Other duties as assigned
