Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a wholesale counter sales associate to help customers select piping and fitting, gasketed sewer pipes, HDPE and PVC water main products, and to answer questions about use and function.

You will manage phone inquiries, support Sales Account Managers, and coordinate with warehouse and clerical staff to check and maintain open orders, purchase orders, and returns.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience selling industrial supplies such as Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, or HVAC.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Consultative sales approach.

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a wholesale counter sales associate. The ideal candidate must commit to outstanding customer service in order to sell piping and fitting, gasketed sewer pipes, HDPE pressure pipes and PVC water main options. In addition, manage phone calls from customers, discussing the use and function of different merchandise, and helping customers choose the products that meet their needs. Counter Sales Associates handle the needs of Sales Account Managers and work directly with warehouse and clerical staff to check and maintain open orders, purchase orders, and returned merchandise.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years experience working with Sales of Industrial Supplies such as Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, or HVAC
