You will engage customers at the counter, over the phone, and by email, upsell, process transactions, and collaborate with Outside Sales to drive account growth while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Sales mindset with ability to meet goals and influence purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Serve as product expert on plumbing, HVAC, and related products to guide decisions.
• Drive sales growth via upsell, cross-sell, and promotion of strategic products.
• Use catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to locate parts and provide information.
• Process transactions accurately while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support account growth and service delivery.
• Manage special orders, monitor order status, back-orders, and delivery timelines.
