Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Hopkinton, NH is seeking a Warehouse Counter to help maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts and attentive data entry. The role supports a safety‑driven warehouse culture and offers opportunities for growth.

The position operates Tuesday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a strong benefits package starting after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient for job tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
• Additional duties and/or special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.

The Cycle Counter I provides timely and accurate accounting of inventory while obtaining product based on need.

Benefits you can count on:

• Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 1:00PM to 9:30PM, and Saturday, 10:00AM to 6:30PM.

• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
