aa224 is seeking a Warehouse Counter in Columbus, Ohio, to support inventory accuracy and timely product availability. This role operates in a cold storage facility and contributes to cycle counts, damage reporting, and daily reporting to keep stock levels reliable.

The position offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, Sunday through Thursday shifts starting at 10:00 pm, with benefits beginning after 60 days and comprehensive coverage options, vacation and leave accrual, and 401(k) Profit Sharing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Reads, writes, and understands English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
• Additional duties and/or special projects may be assigned by supervisor.

The Cycle Counter I provides timely and accurate accounting of inventory while obtaining product based on need.

• Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
• Start time: 10:00 pm until the end of production. Once production is met, the shift is released.
• Position is located in a cold storage facility and requires prolonged exposure to cold temperatures.

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Counter:

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
