Job summary

Penn Entertainment in Bossier City, LA, is seeking a Count Team Supervisor to oversee currency and chip handling for casino games and devices. You will supervise Drop/Count Team members in the supervisor's absence, assist the Count Team Supervisor, sign out keys, and ensure compliance with Gaming Commission rules and company policies.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2–3 years Count Team experience with 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and strong guest service and verbal communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years Count Team experience with 1 year of Supervisor experience.
• Excellent guest service and verbal communication skills.
• Solid math skills and ability to use a 10-key calculator.
• Must meet work authorization and gaming regulations.

• Responsible for the collection and counting of currency and chips derived from Casino games and devices. - in absence of Count Team Supervisor, directly supervises Drop/Count Team members.
• Assists Count Team Supervisor in carrying out his/her duties and responsibilities in performing drop and count duties.
• Signs out keys for count and drop duties.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations of the Gaming Commission, as well as company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
