Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor Supervisor to oversee counselors at our Dayton outpatient clinic. The role ensures compliant documentation, manages caseloads, and reports to the Treatment Center Director.

Qualifications

• Must possess OHLCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
• Must have prior supervisory experience and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assigns counselors’ caseloads, amends when necessary
• Conducts quality assurance file reviews
• Direct and supervise all intake operations
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients
• Ensures accurate and current clinical records are maintained in accordance with Federal and State Regulations governing NTP clinics
• Maintain counseling caseload
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians as well as assist in the ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service training, guest speakers and reviewing literature
• Acts as Treatment Center Director when absent
• Other related duties as determined by supervisor
