Job summary

Spero Health is seeking a Counselor to join our team in Arkansas. This role requires a licensed counselor or social worker who collaborates in integrated care including counseling, case management, and MAT.

You will help patients create goals, provide education, and ensure compliance with care plans. The position includes training within the first 90 days and benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and wellness programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral health field. Master's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment/internship working in a human-services setting OR Master's Degree in behavioral science.
License: LISAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LMSW, LASAC

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
Provide counseling to patients through evidenced-based practice.
Provide patient education.
Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction.
Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPPA and CFR42 Part 2 regulations.

Spero Health will provide the following training required for HIOP programs, all of which must be completed within the first 90 days of employment:

CPR Certification, Basic First Aid, Narcan Administration and De-Escalation Training
