Job summary

Southwest Behavioral Care, Inc. is seeking a full-time counselor to provide clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy across Greensburg and Latrobe, PA.

The role includes developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, participating in team meetings, coordinating with external agencies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical discipline with clinical practicum.
• Must demonstrate ability to obtain Mental Health Professional or Certified Addiction Counselor credential.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain vital information during interviews to make proper recommendations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, providers, and other agencies.
• Must be eligible for clearance (Medicare/Medicaid exclusions).

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy (individual, family, group).
