SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL CARE, INC in Monessen (PA) seeks a licensed or eligible clinician for school-based services, providing assessments and outpatient psychotherapy including individual, family, and group sessions. The role emphasizes collaboration with school personnel, development of comprehensive treatment plans, and ongoing documentation.

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in social work or psychology and be able to obtain required state clearances and credentials.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or psychology and eligible for clinical licensure.
• Ability to obtain required managed care credentials (Mental Health Professional or Certified Addiction Counselor).
• Must be able to obtain state clearances (Criminal History, Child Abuse, FBI fingerprints) and not be excluded from federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and diagnostic services to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans using individual, family, group, and marital approaches.
• Participates in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff; collaborates with school personnel and child-serving agencies.
