Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling/psychology or social work is required with a minimum of seven years clinical experience.
• Substantial clinical experience including staff supervision and program development and evaluation in a college/university counseling center.
• Current licensure as a mental health provider in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee graduate intern training and the internship program development.
• Provide direct clinical supervision for counselors in training.
• Coordinate scheduling, supervision of trainees, and planning training days.
• Provide triage, crisis intervention, and brief psychotherapy; refer and connect with external providers as needed.
• Assist the Clinical Director with administration, management and operational functions of the Counseling Center.
