Job summary

Amazon is seeking an attorney to support the Supply Chain Optimization Technology organization, advising on product launches, IP/licensing, data privacy, commercial agreements, and compliance. The role partners with teams across Amazon to guide legal strategy and enable business progress.

You will serve as the primary legal partner to a technology organization that automates Amazon's global supply chain, collaborating with privacy, competition, and AI specialists to translate legal obligations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar (or equivalent).
• Corporate law firm and/or in-house experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Product counsel: advise as primary legal partner to a supply chain software builder team.
• Competition and privacy counsel: provide forward-looking guidance on competition and data privacy across systems at scale.
• Responsible AI: support development and deployment of internal and external AI tools.
