Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts.
• Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design.
• Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing.
• Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.
