Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Counsel marketing, sales and business development on commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial transactions.
• Provide day-to-day input on business and strategy, and resolve issues in commercial relationships.
• Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow business flexibility.
