Job summary

KVC Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Campus Supervisor to lead a cottage team, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment in line with the treatment model and plans for clients.

You will oversee BHTs and transportation staff, and ensure milieu documentation is completed promptly. The role requires coordinating resources, supervising staff performance, and maintaining program standards in a nonprofit behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of years of college education and direct care experience within a behavioral population.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field.
• Must be 21 years old to apply; Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate and develop Behavior Health Technicians (BHT) and transportation staff.
• Ensure safe and therapeutic implementation of the model of care in assigned cottage.

Job Summary

The Campus Supervisor is responsible for the safe and therapeutic implementation of the model of care in their assigned cottage. They ensure the cottage adheres to KVC’s treatment model, standards, and expectations, creating a safe and therapeutic environment. Additionally, they ensure resources and services are available for clients as outlined in their plans and that all milieu documentation is completed promptly and professionally. The role also involves the selection, supervision, evaluation, and development of Behavior Health Technicians (BHT) and transportation staff.

Education:

• Equivalent combination of years of college education and direct care experience within a behavioral population
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
