The Campus Supervisor is responsible for the safe and therapeutic implementation of the model of care in their assigned cottage. They ensure the cottage adheres to KVC’s treatment model, standards, and expectations, creating a safe and therapeutic environment. Additionally, they ensure resources and services are available for clients as outlined in their plans and that all milieu documentation is completed promptly and professionally. The role also involves the selection, supervision, evaluation, and development of Behavior Health Technicians (BHT) and transportation staff.
