Registered Nurse

Full Time MO - St James, Saint James, MO, US

Salary Range: $37.00 To $41.00 Annually

Schedule: We are seeking candidates available for 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Base Pay:$37-$41 per hour + Shift Premiums

Shift Premiums

  • Monday through Friday + $3 per hour (PM)
  • Friday through Monday + $5 per hour (Weekend PM)

Job Summary

As an RN in our residential treatment facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and adolescents ages 6-20 with behavioral health challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing immediate, routine, and emergency healthcare services.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring and assessing patients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
  • Educating patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
