Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience interfacing with systems, software, or hardware engineering disciplines with COTS/FOSS knowledge.
• Experience analyzing and reporting metrics.

Responsabilités

• Manage RMAs, incident resolution, and lifecycle of COTS assets per program requirements.
• Ensure CI/asset data accuracy via Mid Servers and proper configuration management.
• Support obsolescence mitigation, procurement, software scanning, and process improvements.
• Use ServiceNow workflows for incident resolution, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Audit COTS software against system deliveries to align baseline with inventory.
• Collaborate with hardware/software engineers and CM to document procured COTS.
