Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Waterman Canyon Post-Acute – San Bernardino, CA

Waterman Canyon Post-Acute is a 166-bed, premier skilled nursing facility located in San Bernardino, California. At Waterman Canyon Post-Acute, caring is our highest priority. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assist residents with therapeutic activities and exercises to improve functional independence
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to support daily living
