Job summary

Waterman Canyon Post-Acute in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will collaborate with Occupational Therapists to create and implement individualized treatment plans that help residents regain independence and maintain quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, resident-centered care
