Hemet Hills Post-Acute is a compassionate and dynamic skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional post-acute care. Our team is committed to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for both patients and staff. We are seeking motivated and caring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing therapy team. As a COTA, you will work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to implement treatment plans designed by Occupational Therapists. Your role will be instrumental in helping residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
