Harvest Crossing Post-Acute in Manteca, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its skilled nursing team. This full-time position offers competitive pay and multiple work mode options including part-time and PRN to fit your schedule.

You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT, assist residents with ADLs and mobility, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive functional outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate or current student of an approved COTA program; new grads welcome.
• Active California COTA license or eligible before practicing.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Implement and carry out established occupational therapy treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide appropriate occupational therapy interventions according to the treatment plan.
• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor patient responses and report changes to the supervising OT.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Document treatment and patient progress to support regulatory and billing requirements.
• Coordinate treatment activities with other rehabilitation team members.
• Maintain licensure and pursue continuing education and professional development.
