Qualifications

• Current COTA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assistant program completed.
• 0 years of experience minimum; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with resident mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist OT with development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and treatment sessions to improve residents' functional abilities.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including exercises, activities, and modalities.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress, and communicate with teams.
• Collaborate with other professionals to meet residents' unique needs.
