Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a COTA to provide direct occupational therapy under supervision of a licensed OT. The role supports patients per physician referrals in a post-acute setting, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and ongoing professional requirements.

Qualified candidates will have NBCOT certification, a state license, CPR, and a readiness to join a team focused on compassionate rehabilitation and compliance with Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (ASOT).
• Active State licensure; CPR certification on hire.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans under the direction of the supervising OT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Liaise with patients, families, and staff to plan patient needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
