Lincoln Meadows Care Center in California is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. This role focuses on hands-on patient care, helping residents improve independence and quality of life in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth. Whether an experienced COTA or a new graduate, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values clinicians and resident-centered care.

Competenze

• Active California COTA license or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
