Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation department on a PRN basis. Working under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA provides hands-on treatment to help residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance their quality of life in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
The COTA assists the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct resident care, documenting treatment services, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
