Orchard Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. The role includes providing OT treatments, following care plans, and supporting residents with daily activities to improve independence.
Strong documentation and teamwork are essential. Qualified candidates hold an accredited OTA degree, a current CA COTA license, and CPR/BLS.
