Job summary

LTC Therapy in Lowell, MA is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The position offers scheduling flexibility with compensation of $35-$38/hour for skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.

You will deliver therapy under supervision of an OT, assist residents with ADLs and mobility, and implement individualized programs while documenting progress and collaborating with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts COTA license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility.

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This position offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on residents recovering in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
