Responsibilities

• Assist with initial patient assessment under OT supervision and department policies.
• Document patient progress notes and ongoing need for treatment.
• Apply modalities and exercise plans per department guidelines.
• Maintain patient records and billing documentation per policy.
• Support educational activities within the department.
• Demonstrate knowledge of care for neonatal to geriatric age groups.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Inpatient OT Supervisor.
