Qualifications

• Must graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current license for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or eligible for licensure.
• One year experience preferred; new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Document progress notes and continued need for treatment per policy.
• Administer modalities and exercise regimes per policy.
• Maintain patient records and charge documentation.
• Participate in department education activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of care for neonatal to geriatric ages.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor.
