• Accurate documentation of patient progress and care.
• Knowledge of varied age-specific needs in treatment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with initial patient assessment per directions and policies.
• Document patient care including progress and treatment needs.
• Administer modalities, exercises, or treatments per policies and standards.
• Maintain progress notes and department records, including charges.
• Promote department education and team collaboration.
• Demonstrate understanding of needs across neonatal to geriatric ages.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
