No Place Like Home Health LLC is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in their homes across Michigan. You will perform in-home assessments, implement therapy plans, and document patient progress with a focus on real-life function and safety in daily activities.

The role emphasizes independence, flexible scheduling, and meaningful work delivered in patients' own living spaces. A Michigan COTA license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications
