In this role, you will implement treatment plans, help patients regain independence, and ensure their safety while collaborating with a supportive team. Qualificações

The Opportunity

As a Home Health COTA, you will work directly with patients in their homes to help them regain independence with daily activities. You will implement treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist, playing a key role in helping patients safely return to their routines in a familiar environment.

Essential Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in the State of Michigan.
• Home Health experience preferred (but not required).

• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Communicate status effectively with the supervising OT and healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
